Don Hadi Ashrati is originally from Sweden and made a beer journey for the first time at the age of 18 from Lund Sweden to Denmark and then to Germany (Hamburg, Köln, Berlin, Bamberg and Bayern) discovering the world of quality beer where history is speak for self.

And since then he has been a huge fan of German beer. He has worked, lived in Europe, Asia and Latin America and traveled to hundreds of countries in all regions of the world. His passion to have his own beer came true at Brauverein Paffika Zürich Switzerland. This location was also the site of his earliest efforts at Swiss/German brewing, a passion that turned into an obsession over the
